We decided to take a stab at traveling during the pandemic by doing a road trip with Esme. We rented an AirBnB with Gigi, Raeven, Greg, Leah, and the kids in Minturn, CO. We stopped in Amarillo for an overnight stay going to Colorado, and then Santa Fe on our way back home. We caught one of the last weekends of good fall weather and had the privilege of enjoying an autumn we rarely see in Texas. It was nice to spend time with family and get outdoors into some fresh air.
Esme did pretty good overall! She had her moments, but I can definitely say that she has the “travel gene” like her parents! Cheers to health and family.
